so pit, im on a trip to spain, but am having trouble sleeping at the right hours, on the second day I was so tired that I fell asleep on the couch at 7 PM. causing me to wake up at 5 AM, so after this my schedule changed and at around 6 pm i start feeling extremely tired, so I miss out the night. Any tips on jet lag pit?

Light! Light! Light!

Get loads of it while you're awake and go to bed earlier than you usually do. Get as much sleep as you can and no matter how much you feel like you can't fall asleep, stay in bed when you're there.
