I am looking for an acoustic amp somewhere under the $300 range for just playing in small areas and practicing. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have been looking at the Fender Acoustasonic 30 DSP, but i have read mixed reviews on it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Marshall AS50 is just under $400 new, but I've seen them used in GC for around $300. A friend of mine has an Acoustic AG30 that she plays her violin through and it's quite nice, even if she turns the reverb up way too high.

I love the roland ones. Very "real" sound. On a budget the behringer (although I dislike pretty much everything from behringer) aint bad. Dont know the marshall. The acoustasonic only heard someone else play it and it sounded nice.
