If you met somebody who by some freak accident has never EVER heard a song by the beatles and you can only choose ONE song too show him what would it be? This is an extremely hard question even for me haha, they have too many good songs, but I think the song I would show him would be Strawberry Fields Forever.

I knew a guy who said he'd never listened to the beatles. I gave him white album, abbey road, magical mystery tour. he loves it.

he also says he's never listened Zeppelin, and he's too lazy to check them out no matter how much I bother him.

This. There is no other answer.
How to achieve Frank Zappa's guitar tone:
Quote by Thefallofman
Step 1: Buy a Gibson SG
Step 2: Insert Green Ringer, EQ, 3 dead squirrels and a microwave into said SG
Step 3: Plug in and freak the **** out.

I'd go for something that shows their early-day Pop/Blues/R&B influences mixed in with the insane latter-day production and songwriting.
Top 3 Choices in no particular order:
Side 2 Medley
Strawberry Fields Forever
Come Together

Hard choice though, lots of runner-ups.

Does that really fit in the "one song" criteria?

I personally don't care for the white album much (not counting a few songs)
