Hey UG, I recently aquired (as in, got a Christmas present) in the form of a Gibson Les Paul Doublecut. Very cool, i'm happy, it plays great. But i got to wondering how much it's valued at, and I have no idea. http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gibson-Les-Paul-Standard-Double-Cut-Plus-Electric-Guitar?sku=517344
That's exactly the guitar I'm talking about. If anyone could point me in the right direction or give me a baseball park range, that'd be sweet. Thanks!

I googled the name and saw one for $1500.

eBay has them for around that as well, so I'd guess around $1500.

They range from 1200-1500 bucks usually.

I know a guy who picked one up on Ebay for $600 with EMGs in it. It was a steal. The EMGs probably turned off a lot of people. The cool thing with that exact model is that it has 24 frets. They're hard to come by.

All I can say is

Schecter > Ibanez

And how in the hell is this relevant?
