I was just wondering, if there is spoken word passages in songs, and even some all spoken word songs, are there any good bands out there who don't sing? Sort of like an instrumental type of thing with words over.

Check out MewithoutYou. Albums I'd suggest are Brother, Sister and Catch For Us the Foxes. It's not 100% spoken but they have a lot of stuff that leans that way. Worth checking out anyways.

A lot of skram bands add spoken word parts into their music. William S Burroughs does spoken word but it's probably not what you are looking for. Saul Williams and Scroobius Pip are hip-hop artists who are based around spoken.
