still haven't joined a band (partly because I don't own a car and cbf to lug my amp around, however little it may be)

Was first asked to join a band when I was 13. Unfortunately I wasn't very good. Went to a practise one day and without them realising I was behind them, started to say I was shit. Needless to say the next day I thrown out.

But swings and roundabouts. Two years ago that same band got rid of the lead singer and decided to change style. Being so annoyed after they threw me out I spent ages playing and was then pretty good, so I joined them again and we've done pretty well since then (Y).

15, we just formed it a couple of months ago. No name yet, had a few practices and looking to start gigging sometime in 2010. Although, we still need a vocalist, there's none in my area.

I've never been in one, because I am so amazing, the other members just say "no way can I be in a band with this guy."

13, called I Blame Society (my own idea, and I maintain that it's a damn good name). Split up when the bassist decided he'd rather skate than practice. There were tensions anyway since the bass player wanted to play Fall Out Boy, I wanted to play Megadeth and the drummer wanted to do Bob Marley - we were never good enough to write our own stuff

Well I was just, seventeen. You know, what I mean?

13, however that band was awful, just a bunch of us sat in a garage making noise for about 9 months.

First band that actually decided to be proactive (ie. gig, write, get paid etc) was when I was 16.

I was in a band called Black & Blue once. Then we realised there were about 900 bands called Black & Blue out there and changed our name. I think one of them is an internationally touring sleaze rock band IIRC. Sorry to piss on your fire

I was 12. Me and the drummer were the only regular member in that band. I kinda lost track of that guy when I was 16. I then formed another band 2 years ago which lasted like 6 months now I'm bandless.
