Hey GGnA,

Just got a trade offer for my unused Ibanez Toneblaster 30W. I've got someone offering their used Aria STG-006 for my TBX30R. Trade worth it?

http://www.guitarandampshop.co.uk/acatalog/Aria_STG-006_Electric_Guitar.html

I've sort of been wanting a strat of some sort...but I'm not so sure about the Aria brand.

thanks

Sorry for the bump but this is pretty urgent. I know it might be out-of-place but I prefer GG&A over all other boards!

tl;dr Ibanez solid state 30W practice amp (cost me about 72 pounds) for a relatively cheap (119 pounds), beginner ARIA strat guitar? I'm not just worried about the value, but whether this is even a decent strat copy?

Aria guitars are really good.
They are better known for their 80's guitars tho.
but its a good trade.

just slap a different trem on it eventually and youll be surprised how good an aria guitar is.

i wish i could get on around here.

hope i helped out.

out of curiosity......what kind of style do you play?

its a good guitar no doubt but customizing it would skyrocket it appeal to you.

Anything really. I plan to use it for the blues/jazz....but I'm also going to experiment with some drop tunings on it since it's 25.5" scale unlike my SG.
