Pantera. The first 4 tracks from ''Far Beyond Driven" really get me going. Lamb of God and Hatebreed do well, too.
Gojira is usually my workout music of choice

In Silico is the only gym album you will ever need.

Plus a bit of Welcome home by coheed, bit of pantera, bit of metallica and a bit of megadeth doesnt go a miss either

When I excercise, I listen to happy hardcore.
Incidentally, I never listen to happy hardcore.
Always Meshuggah when I'm running. The odd rhythms take my mind off my exhaustion for some reason.

When I'm lifting, just about anything. Melodic trash usually.

And for stretching, some alt rock. Or sometimes some Karl Sanders if I have enough time and want to relax.

I found out that listening to Jumpman by Buckethead was pretty effective, even thought I hate Buckethead!!

I usually listen to Megadeth, Riot, Queensryche, Anthrax, Slayer and pretty much Thrash songs and other Metal/Hard rock bands.

I jog 10km with this music once in a while, and it really helps pushing yourself.

Over the Hills and far away by Gary Moore is pretty epic to jog along with.

And: Blood Mountain is a highly recommended almbum to jog to!
