Hello,

I have started to play guitar recently, I am mainly interested in B.B. king, Eric Clapton, Gary moore and SRV type of blues tone. Now the problem is I cannot find a nice amp, My budget is limited to 400 $ for a bedroom practice amp, and I have a squier Strat (I hope that is not an insult to anyone).
I appreciate if you share your wisdom on the subject with me

Best,
Strength

See if you could pick up a used Blues Junior and maybe a Tubescreamer somewhere.

Check Craigslist and Ebay, you can find some pretty good deals there.

If you can get your hands on one, I'd look at Blackhearts.
They're a bit more Marshall-y than Fender-y, but I can get a pretty nice blues sound out of mine.

Get a Jet City JCA20H and a cheap used cab with a 12" speaker.

The resonant frequency of the clitoris is too low for the guitar players to take care of.

Marshall Class 5 will do you a great blues tone. An Epiphone Valve Junior will be almost as good, but cheaper, and slightly less controllable. The Epi + Some sort of OD might work quite well, though
