Well... I currently have $370 (USA dollars) and i need a good 30-watt amp. I play Thrash metal with my band and my 15 watt Roland isn't cutting it for rehearsals so i need to upgrade. I've been looking at Line 6's but the distortion isn't giving me the right vibe so any suggestions?

bottom line:

- Need a 30 watt amp that has a Thrash-style distortion and is under $370

+1 for the vypyr 30, has nice distortion but if anyway possible to save up to around $450 the vypyr tube 60 is awesome.

Well the Vypyr is a a great suggestion for TS. Look at B-52 AT-112 as well.

First you put your pants on your head.
Second you dance.
Third you wipe off all the pussy.

You could try a peavey valveking, but buy it used, its not worth the money new IMO.

A blackheart handsome devil with an od would work, and should be loud enough, also you might be able to find a used peavey classic 30 on that budget. Other than that the B-52 AT 112 would also work pretty well.
