I'll be leaving june 1st (3 days after graduation) to do 9 weeks of basic training followed by 5 months of AIT and hopefully a deployment soon after..any other high school seniors taking this route?

congratulations...you will be better for it and learn much. I'm currently on my 2nd tour, I'm sure you'll make it over here soon enough.

thank you very much. what is your mos? i plan on volunteering for airborne first chance i get
