Mostly wondering in the sense of captivate. The type of wax might be of some importance...

If wax is coming from your elbow, you need a doctor, not a guitar advisor.
...In my opinion.

well not elbow wax haaha but like the point where your arm hits the guitar. like the corner of the guitar.

idk even if its wax but im pretty sure cuz that part of the guitar is shinier so its weird.

o i just saw what i typed haah not WAX i mean OIL! from your skin and stuff

That makes SO much more sense. Alright, well some of that is actually not going to be oil but the finish being worn off a little to a point where its just shiney and smooth. If you have problem with oil, the only method I would recommend at all is the good ol' soft cloth and breath. I wouldn't use a damp rag or anything fancy, just breathe on it and wipe it off.

You can't get it off. Its a combination of dead skin, friction(which sands down the surface), skin oils, and it's there to stay..

o so this happens to everyones guitar? haaa. well does it effect the sound? like the oil seeps through the wood??

You could try some guitar polish and a rag maybe. Is it a satin finish on the guitar or somethin like that.
I do sure love me them Gibsons boy

Doesn't change tone. You are getting more of a tone change from the aged wood rather than your oil.
