ME:
So you're gonna end the world soon?
GOD:
Interesting deduction. That was my original intention.
ME:
Well don't.
GOD:
Well that's okay. OK I will not.

My vote goes to The Chronic 2001 by Dr. Dre. Such a great album. For how classic The Chronic was the Chronic 01 blew it out of the water.

Too many. Hell, we were in a gold-age of hip-hop not too long ago. Hmm, this is a hard one. The only one I can nail down is Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...Part II. MAYBE The W. Gonna have to catch up on all the good stuff released this decade.

how about the way your entire country generalizes a culture by the actions of a few, citing any Americans idea of a middle eastern person.

By the way, you all realise 2001 by Dre was released in 1999?

PWND

He called it 2001 because Death Row Records already held rights to the name Chronic 2 or something like that.

Anyway, I'm glad to see a lot of good stuff on these lists.

Just to add to what you guys have already said:

I think Akala's debut was pretty good as well. As arrogant as Shakespeare sounded, the rest of "It's Not a Rumour" was pretty down to earth, and I'm glad he won the MOBO award over 50 and Wayne.

Also, Rhymefest's "Blue Collar" was pretty good IMO.
