I'm getting a new bass amp soon, and Im probably going to go with this head
http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Acoustic-B200H-200w-Bass-Head?sku=482904

I will probably go with a matching cab, but I found these others
http://stlouis.craigslist.org/msg/1537603062.html Carvin 600 bass cab

and I found one of these for $150, but it runs at 8 ohms instead of 4(which is what the acoustic is) , so im guessing it wouldnt be a good idea http://www.instrumentpro.com/P-HAR210XL

If i just stick to going with an acoustic cab, what are the main differences b/n the 1x15 and 4x10? I play a 5 string bass, and do a lot of basslines that arent just straight root notes, so I would like those to come out pretty clear if possible.

You should buy new, I think and if you want the acoustic then add a 410 cab , it will give you more milage.......

The 115 will do you fine, I use it with a similarly sized head and play a 6 string bass with moving lines, and it works out great.

15s and 10s are a preference thing. Try em out and see which you like.
