Hey can anyone tell me what this feedback that comes from my amp is? Been there ever since i started using the amp. Didn't really get much into, but since me and some friends got a performance coming up, i wanna know how to get rid of the feedback.

Is it the amp? or the guitar thats making this loud sound?

Guitar: Squier stratocaster
Amp: Frontman 15R

Example of what happens: skip to about 0:45, comes in there, the humming sound.

I think you're talking about the hum from your pickups.

yeah that describes it. But i want the hum to go away, because when i put volume at like 2-3, it gets really loud. And that wont be good for a live performance.

why not try the amp with a friends guitar? that way you can eliminate whether it's a problem guitar or not.

btw, do yourself a favour and invest in a better guitar...

well sure if i had the money. Mine was pretty expensive when i looked up the price for it. Because i got it at half off for $166, full price for it is like $350. Dont have the money for a new guitar right now.
