when i turn up my amp, on some of the patches on the pedal i get a feedback from it why is this

um... several possible reasons. it could be too much gain on the patches or too much volume/gain on the amp. an easy check/fix would be to put in a noise gate to see if your pickups are feeding back through the amp... that sometimes works with my zoom...

sorry to take so long to post back, but you can go to the znr on the control knob press the bank up/down buttons to get to the Ng setting. use the first adjustment knob (closest one to the control knob) to set the threshold where you want it. higher values cut the sound off at higher volumes. you should probably try the noise reduction setting though and set the threshold at around 7. sorry i don't know that technical stuff... i don't have my zoom with me at the moment. google the user manual if you need to though. hope this helps.
