I've had my DKMG (w/ emg 81 85) for some time now, I only got a roland microcube, im suprised it didnt blow up with me playing lol..

But anyway, can someone reccomend me a good amp for something to play thrash/death metal with. Maybe a marshall? But I dont know. Thanks.

- Don't know the Ibanez;
- The Fender Frontman isn't that good, especially for the styles you play (only the clean channel is decent on that amp);
- The Laney is very nice. I played it before, and it sounds good. Also, suits metal perfectly.

out those take the Laney.They are good amps and dont hit your wallet too hard either great little things for practicing and going by what i have used of their gear its top quality in the build dept and tonally great for metal tbh.
