I've not used that program in years but I think if you import a track that can be used with WMM you can mute the audio by right-clicking on it or something...

Is there a way to have 2 audio tracks playing at the same time? im trying to make a cover video with the video, audio from my usb mic, and the audio from the actual song... is that possible w/ movie maker?

just throw both the tracks into whatever program you use to record, that way you can fix the levels and stuff. save it as one and then load it into movie maker.
i used to be a mod, then i took an arrow in the knee.

Nice, I figured it out. It takes a lot more time to make a video but it sounds much better. I am uploading it now to youtube and ill post it up when its done!
