Hello UG I am wondering how to make drastic improvements on my alternate picking aweeeping and tapping, I practice a few hours a day everday and lately haven't seen Any improvement.

There's nothing magic that gives you 'drastic improvement'. There's no secret way to learn that makes everything easy and fast to learn.

You just have to stick at it: practicing economy of movement, timing with a metronome, right and left hand muting. Yes, it will take many months or years of practicing hours each day, there's no short cut
