I've essentially decided i'm getting one of the Reeves heads, as i I need a good platform for lots of pedals. I'm not concerned with the difference of headroom between the two, but moreso the tonality differences. How much different will the 100 be, will it have more attack, etc?

That's pretty much what I had thought, people tell me 100w anything is usually a bit tighter than their 50w counterparts.

100W tighter, bigger bottom end, more articulation

50W smoother, "browner"

Articulation is the big one i've noticed while playing other 50w/100w models of the same amp. 50w always seems more fun to play leads, they tend to sag a bit more it seems.

This is going to be a toughy, I like both options.

Lots of people enjoy the 50W ones. I think they're absolutely perfect for leads - very smooth, beautiful overdrive.
