I did search but could not find anything, Im really liking this guitar but the closest store that stocks them is quite a drive away so before i go and order from gak anyone know how fat the neck is? also hows the upper fret access it looks kinda difficult to reach some of them?

The neck is flat and thin. Compared to your Jackson, it's a little thicker. The Jackson is more D shaped while the ESP is more C shaped. It's still thin though.

Fret access isn't that great above the 15th fret compared to super strats, but it's a tradeoff for the different tonal properties of a single cut.

one other question when it comes new out of the box would it be a big problem if i slapped on some 12-56 or even 10-52 strings, or would truss rod adjustments be needed?

Depending on what tuning you plan on keeping it in the 12-56 may need an adjustment the 10-52 may not but it'll still be advisable to do one anyway. Or better yet if the store you are buying from will give you a free set up get them to do it.
