So...i have a Squier Jagmaster, i've had it for a while. Over time, it has received it's fair share of nicks and deep scratches on the body of the guitar that go straight the finish and down to the base board.

I'm wondering what the best way to fix these would be? I read somewhere about possibly putting small amounts of wood filler on them, then covering them with either a dark marker or just a similarly colored stain? I also read something about using the chemical Nitro...

What would be your best recommendation here?

Also, i took all of the annoying stickers off that have been on my guitar for a year or so as well. Would Goo Gone harm the finish of the guitar, or is it safe?

Thanks for your input!

PS: (If you can't tell, i'm trying to revamp my old ass guitar to look like new again, hehe)
Yeah, uh-huh...that's what they all say.
