Read, Tv, internets. Don't have any caffeine though you'll crash. I tried this a couple weeks ago and I was adjusting pretty fast. I just had trouble falling asleep, i'd fall asleep later then scheduled then need to stay up longer. Finally I got it goin pretty good, but with all the tugging and pulling on my body clock I ended up getting pretty sick lol.. I'll try again soon maybe, good luck let us know how it goes.

good luck. I tried it a few months ago and I have to say the first 2 weeks were quite difficult, making sure to stay awake and not oversleep, but after that it gets easier. Personally I used the time to read, study, listen to music (with headphones) and of course play guitar unplugged. I'd also strongly advise against drinking caffeine too it's not compatible at all.
