I am looking in buying a new bridge

this is my current one, i like it, it preforms well not much tuning issues

is there really that much difference. its another $120
but is it really worth it?

The cheap one you posted does not have adjustable saddles. What that means is that if the intonation is off, you're stuck with it.

Definitely pony up some extra money for adjustable saddles. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to spend $144 on a TonePros though. There are other options out there, such as this one for $95, or this one for $27. (note that I have not used either of these, so I cannot recommend them, just trying to point you in a general direction.)
