Chances are, they're probably all right. What you've run into is different voicings for chords. A voicing is nothing more than a different way to play the same chord. Some voicings sound nice, while others don't. Here's a site I used to use a lot:

http://www.jguitar.com

Use the Chord Namer to check chords to see what they are. There are other useful functions on that site, but that's the one I used to use a bunch.

Learn how to construct chords, that way you can arrive at fingerings that make sense to you and you won't have to learn hundreds of voicings by rote.

I have to agree with zaphod. If you learn chord theory and the notes on the neck, you won't need any site to tell you what chord to play.

In the meantime, use the site I sent you. Check out the Chord Dictionary:

http://www.jguitar.com/chorddictionary.jsp

Click on any of those links to take you to chord diagrams. If you have a fingering you're trying to figure out, use the Chord Namer, which is here:

http://www.jguitar.com/chordname

Just enter the frets into the neck and it will show you which chord you're playing. Good luck.

And yet you've got enough time to ask on the internet... either you really don't know and you're trying to cover up or you don't need them that quick and you're lazy.
