I am considering using a Belton BTDR-1H reverb module in my next amp build. Has anybody tried them? Apparently the Chicklet uses this chip.
It comes in three varieties - 2s, 2.5s and 2.85s. I was thinking of going for the 2.5s one but has anybody played with them and can give suggestions?

In the schematic for that preamp it says he's using the short version.

Ya, even the short version is pretty overpowering imo.

Just be careful to buffer then load down the signal proporly before getting to the brick. A subdued recovery stage is also key.

I'm working on a design for a local amp company using "The Brick". I was going to use HV MOSFETs, if it pans out Ill post it.
