Whats the biggest, heaviest guitar you can get in a shop?

you mean the physical size?
well you can get an acoustic electric, like a Gibson ES-335, which is a bit thinner than an acoustic but the body is larger than most. It has actual pickups in it too, so it's not like it only plays acoustic. you can rock out on it if you'd like

IF you mean like for heavy metal or something, just research 7 or 8 string guitars.
Ibanez S7521qm 7 string
Ibanez S771pb
Fender Jaguar HH Special
PRS SE Custom 24 7 string
Epiphone Les Paul Custom

I want massive sustain and is it the big ones that give a really full bluesey tone?

I played an es-335 a little while back, it really wasn't that giant.. at all. Gretsch make some monster sized guitars though, as well as godin and ibanez.

a full body es 335 would be pretty damned heavy... but they dont make them
