if you want an 8 string than yes. i have heard that agile makes good guitars. i personally like the damiens. but if you want a quality 8-string, than do it

Do it man, the Agiles are excellent. I have two Agiles, an AL-3000 Les Paul and a TC-630 Tele. They are two of the guitars I play most and I have every major kind of guitar you can imagine sans a PRS. I think their only flaw is the neck finishing...there is none. At least on my Tele, and that would have been nice to have it been tung oiled or something. I would totally get the 8 string, looks amazing.

If you think you're ready for an 8-string, then sure. Personally, I wouldn't get one of those period, since I'm not even that great on 6 strings. But definitely don't get an 8-string as your only guitar.

Yeah, I wouldn't get an 8 string either. I really don't see the point... but I'd rather have that particular 8 string over those two particular guitars

In my personal opinion i would go for the agile i have a friend that owns one and i have considered stealing it . however like some previous posts have said if you like six strings or just want to jump to a 7 go for an Ibanez . but all in all its up to you.
