So I left my Bugera 333xl at my buddies house for awhile, like three weeks, and I just got it back.

When I plugged it in, the only sound that came out was this hella loud screech and it will not stop unless I put it back on standby.

wtf is going on?

Microphonic tube? Bugeras come with very bad tubes which frequently crap out.

I thought microphonic tubes just picked up like radio stations and stuff :p
But could it be the preamp tubes, power tubes, or both? :/

And yeah, I have my guitar plugged in.

I tried a bugera that was like that and changing the tubes fixed it.

Probly a preamp tube. Try softly tapping each with a pencil when the amp's on. If a tube's microphonic, you'll hear it.
