I'm extremely OCD about my tuning. If it's even slightly off I have to stop everything and tune it again.

Look at your guitar. Is it small, stripy, and honey-producing? If so, you might have gotten it mixed up with a bee.

I play the first few notes to the Hitch a Ride solo by Boston every time I pick a guitar up. After I tune I always play G, D, C quickly and in the same rythm every time

I usually play the intro to Toccata and Fugue in Dm.

I play the intro to "Wish You Were Here" right after tuning.

If I'm tuning by ear, I always play that or Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man.

A lot of the time I hum what I'm playing, when I'm playing... which I think is an awful habit and it has made it hard to learn how to sing and play at the same time.

Additionally, when I tune up I play Emaj on the 9th fret with open E, b and e strings.
#25
Many times when I'm strumming chords, I play open strings once between chord changes. I probably should get rid of that habbit...

I do this too, though it's not a major chord. It's just E and its fifth.
#27
If I'm playing with any form of distortion I play an E major chord to test the tone, and then a pinch harmonic on the 4th fret of the A string.

When I tune I often play E, G, D major, then some A minor pentatonic licks for no reason.

I sometimes play with my whole hand in like a flat paddle and just jump around on 5ths and octaves and stuff until I get bored of it.

I sometimes melt peoples' faces by accident.

(The last one is a lie. I do it on purpouse)

Play the music, not the instrument.
