Of course. We just need to learn to listen.

I think I should make a rule that says you can't talk about Rush outside of the Bands & Artists forums without getting a warning.

Someone posted a whole site with sounds of planets a while ago. Pretty long ago

Anyway, this is cool, but a bit chilly.

EDIT: Here, you can listen to these to but they don't sound as mysterious as the first ones

What if it's pertinent to a Pit thread?

Sounds like Dark Ambient electronica

I demand an electronic remix of the sounds of space.

They never are. Don't worry.

EDIT: ^ Is that worth reporting? Well, it's certainly spammy. If I just started blathering on about how daytripper was < Frank Zappa I'd be pretty spamful.

If there isn't, you didn't look hard enough. entity0009 and I are working on one now, sort of.

This is so awesome.

The difficulties lie in preserving the character of the sound. An easier task would be to combine a noisy planet with a sustained sound planet, I think.

Just do what I do; get a sustained sound and slap a sequenced filter on it.

Of course all my electronic music is mediocre at best...

The idea that this is happening some 365,000,000 miles away makes me feel incredibly insignificant.
