Depends on what instruments you have to work with.

The song has vocals, percussion, keyboard and a really simple bass line.
The vocals would stay if you have a singer, the keyboard could be kept as keyboard or played on guitar, you could add a more prominent bass line etc. I can't be that helpful without knowing what instruments are at your disposal, but you just want to break the song down into its separate parts and see how you want to do it.

For the perfect song you should have the band and the concept of the song. If you'll make the song with the band then you can do that very easily and thats for sure because band also should know that how the song will be made from the first node to the last.
i am in a band and so i have guitar,drums,bass,and vocals.i aint to good at tabing stuff out by ear so i mostly need help starting off the song musicly
