Here's the song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYOXAn8UGGE

Live footage (maybe you guys can tell what he was doing live)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osDvLY0hcdQ

<unknown chord> > D > repeat a little bit > G ?
e|--5-----7--------2-----------------------------------------------|
B|----5------5--------1---------------------------------------------|
G|------5------5--------3-------------------------------------------|
D|------------------0--------------------------------------------|
A|--0------------------------------------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------------------------------------|

I really want to figure out the main chords I can play along for acoustic. Would like to know what the electric chords are too (probably around the same related chords right?)

he's playing basic chords:
G:320001

Am D7 Am D7 Am D7 G (2)
Am D7 G E Am D7 G G7...etc

When it comes to the electric guitar, Am is played Am7, G sometimes is Gmaj7 E can be played as E9

Am7: 575555
Gmaj7:x10 9 7 7 7
E9:076770

the chords before the second verse:

e|--3----3----------5---5----------3----3-----------5-------------------|
B|--3-------3-------5------5-------3--------3-------5-------------------|
G|--4----------4----5---------5----4-----------4----5-------------------|
D|--5----------------5--------------5-----------------0-------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

I'm only understanding some of what you're saying XD sorry for being so stupid =(

First of all i'm assuming you're going with the music video here.

Am7: 575555
Gmaj7:x10 9 7 7 7
E9:076770

This seems to go well with the intro tab i made (english verse) which is from beginning of vidoe to 0:55 (except the ending has different chords)

Which you summarize as this, I assume.

Am D7 Am D7 Am D7 G (2)
Am D7 G E Am D7 G G7...etc

for your D7... not sure where that would fit.
Im also assuming this D7 you refer to has a root note on E A strings proably. instead of this one

As for the G:320001 < Is that just the main key its in?

Thank you so much for your help. If you don't mind, you can add me on msn it's "howangcturtle (at) hotmail"
