Raven is a budget line that is sort of Guitar Center's house brand. They are utilitarian solid-state amplifiers that have little to recommend except the low price. You can do much better.

They sound like a fat guy farting into a tin can. You can do much better for the price.

Great cleans, distortion is worse then a baby banging on tin cans.

You can tell all the effort was put into the clean channel (Which takes pedals well and is very responsive), and that the distortion channel was something thrown in for shits n giggles.
