I've been very inspired by whatever I've been listening to lately and this track came about after spending an entire day listening to Firebird and Raging Slab. It turned out a little less like "swamp music" than I originally intended, the main riff is more AC/DC than Southern rock, but it's good, clean rock.

Program: ProTools LE 8
Guitars: Hagstrom Ultra Swede through a Vox ToneLab
Bass: Marina P-bass copy through a Behringer BDI 21
Drums: EZ Drummer Vintage Rock
Vocals: Studio Projects B1 (and three beers...)

Nice work! Love the guitar. The tone and riff are perfect for the style of the song. When the vocals came in, I kinda thought of an Axl Rose/ACDC mix... not bad! That B1 mic sure is a great value for the money!

Crit mine?

Is that you on the keyboards, too, or did you just kidnap Benmont Tench?

When you've been doing this as long as I have that's the kind of thing you can easily program. It's all about the sound in the end, not necessarily the performance.

Thanks for the crit.
