ok well im getting a job with minimum wage over the summer, and by the end of the summer i should have about 900 - 1000 dollars and i wanna buy a new guitar with all that money. but i cant decide. i really need help. here is what i want in the guitar.

  • something that will play good on any amp
  • something with a floyd rose tremelo
  • something that looks stylish but not to over done
  • something that will play very fast with ease
  • something with easy acsess to the 22nd or 24th fret
  • something good for playing death metal and deathcore

so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

thanks, metallica.

I'd say an Ibanez RGT6EX:
Mahogany body
Neckthrough
Superstrat shape
Nice fret acces
EMG 81/85 pickups (which are awesome for deathmetal and the likes)
Wizard II neck (pwnage)
Edge III Bridge (which i don't know anything about honestly .. i'm a hardtail guy).

I've got it in the hardtail version and it slays .. even my friends Gibson LP Standard was killed by it.

cost me pretty exactly $1000. but i live in denmark .. and everything is expensive as f*** here!
Ibanez RGT6EXFX -> Ibanez TS9 -> Korg Pitchblack -> Peavey 5150 II head -> Mesa Rectifier 2x12 cab
