im going to put Seymour Duncan jb/jazz combo in my Jackson JS30 Rhodes which has stock CVR high output pickups

will i have to change the pots to suit the SD's?

(i am going to swap them so dont bother sayin its not worth it and just upgrade guitar itself)

Yes I'd change at least one of the pot to a push pull, and coil tap them, They sound really good, and it's like a clean switch as well.

Unless the pickups are active, no you dont need to change the pots.

No they're passives (I meant unless the stock pups are active, which I doubt they are).

nah, the stocks are passives, so the SD's should just go straight in? would only have to change one pot to a push-pull for coil tap
