I wrote this in about five minutes half asleep so whatever hope you like it

C4C

Purchased for pennies off the rack at the liqour store
she was posing for porno in the back of a magazine
all while the pervert that put her there is prospering

and when you look into her eyes they scream
ya when you look into her eyes they scream

daddy told her she could be anything
so she went to california on a dream
if only she had the means
now shes sitting at bus stop bartering to bare it all
this is not where she wanted to be

meanwhile in michigan Michael robbed a store again
got the handgun for half off and the bullets where free
its a damn shame, he could have been anything

and when you look into his eyes they scream
ya when you look into his eyes they scream

Teacher never taught him a damned thing
so he never really had a dream
learned how to live life on the streets
now hes sitting on the park bench bartering to end it all
this in not where he wanted to be

Somewhere in So-Co a Marines mother says don't go
as hes loaded like cargo in the back of an airplane
doesn't he look so handsome in green?

and when you look into their eyes they scream
ya when you look into their eyes they scream

So he went and he made his stand
some where in Afghanistan tried to become a man
at home in his bedroom bartering for solitude
this is not where he wanted to be

Wondering watching and waiting for the American dream
at some point you realize they never really gave us the means
and you sit by yourself in your office at your desk are you free?
or are you just another cog in the machine?
So whats really worth fighting for? I don't know but climb aboard
I'll put you on a collision course with what is now, and could be

I love how people make up excuses such as "I wrote this in about five minutes half asleep" to gain sympathy from readers.

Anyway, I must say I like it, sounds Tom Waits-y
Most of my grindcore inspiration comes from my hard drive.

Anyway is he the guy that wrote Oh Comely by Nuetral Milk Hotel? because that is what inspired this song for some reason

jeff mangum wrote that, tom waits is the white guy with a black man's voice.

Truth. Although tis a bit more raspy and kickass than a black man's voice.

Go for it son. He's an outstanding musician really, there's something so ironic and pessimist about his music that gets through to me.

Wow that was hilarious,

"we need your business we're going out of business
we'll give you the business
get on the business end of our going-out-of-business sale"

What more can I say?
