What are the steps/basis for going from:

X = 150 / (Y ^ 0.5)

to isolating Y in this way...

Y = (150 / X) ^ 2

X = 150 / (sqrt (Y))

(sqrt (Y)) * X = 150

sqrt (Y) = 150 / X

Y = (150 / X)^2

(sqrt (Y)) * X = 150

sqrt (Y) = 150 / X

Y = (150 / X)^2

Remember y ^ 0.5 is SQRT(y)

x = 150 / SQRT(y)

Times by SQRT(y)

x * SQRT(y) = 150

Divide by x

SQRT(y) = 150 / x

Square both sides

y = (150 / x) ^ 2

Simple.
