Need a computer program that can take screens from intervals in a video

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

The kind of thing that you see when you want to download a movie, and they have an image with a clip from say... every minute of the movie layed out in rows and columns nicely with a timestamp under each image, and it does it all for you.

Thanks!

File>save thumbnails

you choose the number of columns and rows and set the resolution and it does the rest.
