So, i bought a Schecter Stiletto Extreme 5 bass (however, i won't be getting it until june 16th) but i won't be getting a bass amp for quite some time. But i do have a Line 6 POD. Can i use the Line 6 Pod with the bass? or will that cause dramas. I've read that bass's can break guitar amps but is this the same? Thanks heaps

Nah, you could use it but it would suck low end.

theres nothing wrong with using it if you dont mind a little of your bottom end being sucked out. i have the 2.0(the same one you have) for recording guitar in the studio. ill mess around with my bass and it for some weird effects but i'd never play a live set up or anything with it. its just fun to mess around with. lol

you can use the pedal yes.

you couldnt put the bass through a guitar amp though, that will evcentually break it, whether you use the pedal or not.
