So i found some of this in my house the other day and thought, maybe this would be good to put on my wrists / hands while before playing for an hour or two seems to help me get warmed up and keeps me from tensing up a bit more, and after playing seems to help a little as well

Anyone else do this or know if it's a good idea or not?

Obviously not using it EVERYTIME i play but just sometimes when it's cold or I'm going to be playing for a long period of time
