I've been listening to a lot of Buddy Rich recently and I was wondering how I could incorporate some of his techniques into my own playing?

I'm not talking just about learning some of the stuff he played (I can already do that) but shaping my drumming style to be more like his.

I asked an actual drum forum and they mostly thought I was taking the mick.

So, any help?

Read the OP and I've mentioned I posted in a drummer forum with no luck.
