Hey guys
I need to know a way to record video, and preferably audio, with no latency... on VISTA!
This is because the vista movie maker doesnt allow video capture
Preferably a free way too
Cheers all

Vista and Windows 7 are the same...don't be bashing on it too hard...it works quite well at this point. I know a lot of people who still use it and I still run it on my laptops.

Anyways, You could try something like Manycam however if you want however if you want the best audio and video quality, you'll want to use two devices to record each part.

also try looking into the free version of a program called VidBlaster. It's made to switch camera sources and stream out live but requires a fast computer. The nice thing is it's able to record live video.
