Could you use the "jimmy page" wiring with a stacked p90 (seymour duncan stk-p1) ?

Thanks

dont think so, wht you need is a 4 conductor pickup and most stacked p-90s are just braided 2.

also as a man whos pulled it off, the jimmy page wiring can be a bugger!! but its also very fun if your a technical geek like me

then its dooable, but whether it sounds good is very different. it took me a while to find a decent pair of pickups which would work nicely with the mods.

give it a try but i dont think it will sound too great

The phase switching and the series/parallel switch for when both pickups are on would work, but their effects would also be less pronounced than with humbuckers. The split controls will do bugger-all; the pickups' output will be lowered very slightly (we're talking about a"turn your volume control from 10 to 8.5" kind of difference) and they will no longer be hum-cancelling, that is it.
