I've got a major problem with fret buzz on my Washburn WI200 PRO the E and A strings buzz real bad when played open, but if I play them strings on the first or second frets its so bad you can't hear the note, it's basically muting the sound it's so bad.
It's probably really easy to fix I just don't know how to do it, if anyone could help me out it'd be much appreciated

You need to raise your action, go into the electric guitar forum, someone there will tell you how to do it.
"In modern music, a lot of people are really stuck on the example, asif it were the idea. It takes millions of examples to articulate an idea, so don't get stuck on the f*cking example." - Joshua Homme, 2008.

Problems like this are usually caused by the neck being back bowed. First, you need to gauge whether or not this neck is really back bowed or not. If so, then you need to loosen the truss rod incrementally until the neck is relatively straight (with slight forward bow).
