raking is when you mute the string with your left hand and 'sweep' your pick across them with your right hand.

In the case of One, where I guess it's in the intro solo, it's a three string sweep.

Rake is basically almost the same thing as a sweep, for the right hand anyways. I'm sure you will see muted notes in the tab if it wants you to mute rake though.

Not to be a nitpicking bastard, but sweeping and raking are essentially the same thing as strumming a chord for the right hand. The differences between the three are primarily in speed of execution and left hand technique.
