Ok guys, here's my predicament. I have a townhouse that is secluded on one side but one wall has another basement right beside it. sort of like this

l l l
l l l
l l l
l \ l

where there is a back room on the right and the other house is right along it, so I want to insulate the basement somehow so I can play drums in my basement, does anyone have any suggestions?

GG and A probably knows better. I know that properly sound-proofing a room is very expensive though.
Tick tock and waiting for the meteor
This clock is opening another door
I can spend up to around 600-700, and I don't need to sound proof the whole basement, mainly the one wall bordering the other house
Check out this website. Soundproofing 101
Your opinion is just that, YOUR opinion. It doesn't make you right. It doesn't make you better. It doesn't make you god. Everyone has their own view and that view is neither right or wrong.
