Hey guys, I've just ordered a line 6 pod x3, and was wondering if it would rub straight into a guitar cab?

Thanks.
Guitar - Washburn X-50PROQ
Amp- Ibanez TBX15r (using to run my POD through)
Pedals - Line6 POD X3, Dunlop Crybaby Gcb-95

No, you'll need a power amp or PA.
Actually called Mark!

Sure, you can plug it in, or even 'rub' it if you like...

...but it won't do anything. The level is wrong. You will be putting a very, very low-power signal into the cab and you won't hear anything.
Marshall amplifiers are the truest purveyors of rock and roll known to man.

"And give a man an amplifier and a synthesizer, and he doesn't become whoever, you know. He doesn't become us."

Holy crap, check this out!

This. The POD doesn't sport an internal power amp like an ENGL e530 for example
