I recorded myself to some backing track and it looks like there's room for improvement. What areas do you think I should concentrate on? And how do I enunciate well without sounding umm "forced"?

I also tend to run out of breath quite easily so the end of the verses are always quieter than the beginning. I'm guessing this isn't fixable since the lungs that you've got are the one's that you're born with.

Attached is a short Youtube video:

for starters it doesn't sound like its coming from your diaphragm at all. thats assuredly why you're running out of breath, it also helps with being able to sing loudly and clearly. unfortunately it's hard to teach someone how to use their diaphragm. i suggest a vocal coach at least until you get down how to sing from the diaphragm.

My voice coach told me to take a deep breath and 'hiss' for as long as I could, several times a day. That should be able to help a bit.
